Active Internet Connection Required: To generate infinite new worlds, math problems, word puzzles, and robot speech, the Games utilize cloud-based Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini). Therefore, an active internet connection is explicitly required to access these features.
Service Availability: We strive to keep the galaxy open 24/7, but server services (Firebase, Google Gemini) are subject to availability, maintenance, and potential downtime. We are not liable for interruptions in gameplay due to connectivity issues.
3. Eligibility
- The Games are designed for children aged 6–12.
- Children may play without creating an account or providing personal information.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising gameplay.
4. Use of the Game
- The Game is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only.
- Players must not attempt to modify, hack, or misuse the Game.
- Commercial use, redistribution, or resale of the Game is prohibited without written permission.
5. In-Game Ads & Rewards
- The Game is free to play and supported by optional "Rewarded Video Ads".
- Players can choose to watch a short video advertisement to receive in-game benefits, such as instantly discovering new worlds, refilling energy, saving a game streak, doubling experience points, unlocking read-aloud for a question, extending a practice session, or retrying a boss fight.
- Watching these ads is entirely voluntary.

- All content in the Game (characters, storylines, code) is owned by the developer.
