How we use Artificial Intelligence: To create a unique experience, gameplay data (specifically: math topics, difficulty level, and age group) is transmitted to our secure servers (Firebase) and third-party AI providers (Google Gemini) solely for the purpose of generating new content.

Anonymity: This data is sent anonymously. We do not attach names, email addresses, or any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) to these requests. The AI simply knows "A Level 5 student needs addition problems," not who that student is.

2. COPPA Compliance & Data Collection

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), ZillionQuest is designed to be safe for children. We do not require or request children to provide names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, or any other personally identifiable information (PII) to play the game.

The game may collect anonymous, non-personal data solely for internal operations (e.g., app stability, game progress) such as:

• Device type (desktop, tablet, mobile)
• Browser type
• General usage statistics (e.g., number of plays, time spent in-game)
• Anonymous aggregate math performance data to generate appropriate questions via AI.

3. Advertising & Monetization

ZillionQuest is supported by "Rewarded Video Ads".

• These ads are opt-in. Players choose to watch them to earn in-game rewards.
• We use family-safe ad networks that comply with COPPA.
• We do not allow interest-based or behavioral advertising (ads based on browsing history).

4. Parental Rights

Parents have the right to:

• Review any information collected from their child.
• Request deletion of any information.
• Refuse further collection or use of their child’s information.
